on the activities to be carried out in 2025 by the enterprises of “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC within the framework of localization and industrial cooperation development programs

I. Projects for new product manufacturing and expansion of existing capacities.
Based on Protocol No. 49 of March 11, 2025, of the Government Commission on Issues of Attracting Investments, Industrial Development, and Trade Regulation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, enterprises within the "Uzkimyosanoat" JSC system planned to produce localized products 31 types.
Of these 31 projects included in the program, 21 are expected to reach 100% localization, meaning production is planned to be fully based on domestic raw materials.
In particular, "18 small-scale new projects include: production of sulfuric acid and ferrisulphate coagulant at 'Navoiyazot' JSC; vanadium catalyst, medium-temperature catalyst, and zinc nitrate at 'Maxam-Chirchiq' JSC; sulfuric acid, ammonium chloride, and potassium sulfate at 'Indorama Kokand Fertilizers and Chemicals' JSC; high-pressure laminates, catalytic systems, polymer pipes, molded products from foamed polypropylene, polycarboxylate, disposable medical garments, EVA-modified polyethylene film, and household and automotive chemical agents at the 'Chirchiq Chemical-Industrial Technopark'; and cotton cellulose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose at 'Chemistry International' LLC JV." 
"13 large-scale expansion projects include: production of sodium hydroxide, PVC, thiourea, sodium cyanide, calcium nitrate, and polyacrylamide at 'Navoiyazot' JSC; sulfur-magnesium micronutrient-enriched urea, low-density ammonium nitrate solution, and ammonium carbonate salt at 'Maxam-Chirchiq' JSC; automobile tires and conveyor belts at 'Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi' LLC JV; calcined soda of grade “A” at 'Kungrad Soda Plant' LLC JV; and carboxymethyl cellulose at 'Tashkent Polymer Sintez' LLC." 

II. Projects aimed at expanding industrial cooperation.
According to Annex 3 of the aforementioned protocol, it was planned that in 2025, enterprises of "Uzkimyosanoat" JSC would purchase a total of 62 types of local products within the framework of industrial cooperation.
In addition, with the aim of expanding industrial cooperation, during the period from March to November 2025, "Uzkimyosanoat" JSC will ensure active participation in 11 regional intersectoral industrial fairs specialized in the chemical industry. A 64 m² exhibition stand bearing the "Uzkimyosanoat" JSC brand will be set up, and enterprises of the system will present their products. Cooperation agreements will be established and signed with large and small local enterprises participating in these regional industrial fairs.
In particular, the events will take place March 13–14 in Jizzakh, April 10–11 in Tashkent, May 22–23 in Syrdarya, May 29–30 in Bukhara, June 19–20 in the Fergana, July 10–11 in Namangan, September 11–12 in Navoi, September 25–26 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, October 9–10 in Khorezm, October 16–17 in the Kashkadarya region, and November 18–21 in the city of Tashkent.
